The Care Promoter, Specialist is an integral member of a Physician-lead Care Team that is focused on providing excellent and comprehensive primary care for a specific population of patients. About the Critical Care Flex Team Our Critical Care Flex Team provides coverage across three ICUs within the East Bank facility: Surgical ICU (SICU), Medical ICU (MICU) and Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) This dynamic role offers a high degree of autonomy while working with a strong interdisciplinary team. You will manage the full scope of critical care nursing with access to support resources for tasks such as IV placement and lab coordination. As the primary caregiver, you will perform procedures, manage medication titrations, and partner closely with providers to deliver exceptional patient care.
