As a Medical assistant, you will assist the physician, nurse practitioner, and other medical staff by performing administrative and clinical duties and providing great customer service to all our patients. Behavior Technician Responsibilities: Work directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy. Follow treatment plans and interventions designed to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills. Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors. Build strong, consistent relationships with clients and families. Maintain professionalism and compassion in all interactions. Participate in team meetings and complete required training.
