MDS Coordinator - Nursing Home Located in Antioch, TN Salary Up To $115K Per Year; * Based on experience * Responsibilities : Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessment (MDS) Maintain and periodically update written policies and procedures that implement MDS and care plan. Assist the resident in completing the care plan portion of the resident’s discharge plan.
