Job Description: As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Phoenix Staffing Solutions, you will play a vital role in the daily care and support of patients. You will work under the supervision of nursing staff to ensure that patients receive the highest standard of care while maintaining their comfort and dignity. Key Responsibilities: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding. - Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff. - Help patients with mobility and transportation within the facility. - Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and their families. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. - Document care provided and communicate effectively with team members. Qualifications: - Current CNA certification in Massachusetts. - 6 months’ previous experience in a healthcare setting is required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work as part of a team and independently. - A compassionate and respectful approach to patient care. - Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
