Position Summary The In-Office LPN provides clinical and administrative support to the interdisciplinary hospice team. Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings. Ensure compliance with CHAP, Medicare, and hospice regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned to support office operations. Qualifications Current New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Minimum one (1) year of hospice experience preferred. Experience with hospice EMR systems preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
