The ideal candidate must possess at least five years of experience as a Director of Nursing for Skilled Nursing Care facilities, have a strong understanding of CMS and CDPH regulatory requirements, possess the capacity to lead staff and be willing to travel amongst the assigned facilities on a frequent basis. The primary purpose of your job position is to coach the Directors of Nursing in your region toward clinical, cultural, and financial excellence through intentional leadership. You will guide the teams to care for their residents and staff not only to meet the regulatory requirements but assist to refine processes that help the teams become the best care givers they can be.
