Collaborates with a physician(s) and other clinicians in providing a full scope of patient care. The focus is on preventive health or the management of acute and/or stable chronic conditions. The Senior Clinical Administrative Nurse is an outreach‑intensive role in which the nurse spends approximately 90% of the workday on the phone attempting engagement with membership.
