Support quality improvement initiatives and other clinical projects as needed. Qualifications Current RN or LPN license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts . Previous MDS experience strongly preferred. Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred. Knowledge of the CMS MDS assessment process and long-term care regulations. Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and critical-thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with an interdisciplinary team. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Experience with electronic medical records preferred. RAC-CT or other MDS certification is a plus. Position Summary The Staff Development Coordinator plans, implements, and evaluates all education, orientation, and competency programs for nursing and support staff.
