INCU has critically care-trained RNs who support the patient's needs and care for ventilated patients. South 10 also has 2 negative pressure isolation rooms with an anti-room that is used when needed for specific isolation needs. We do multidisciplinary rounds Monday – Friday. This involves the patient in their care and allows the team members to collaborate with the patient to give them the best possible care and appropriate discharge to home or other facilities. Responsibilities for RN Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care. Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts. Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented. Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs. Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency. Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines. Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership. Qualifications for RN Supervisor: Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania. Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required. No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies. Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
