Job Opportunity: CNA Certified Nursing Assistant Starting Pay: Competitive rates starting at $20 Differentials Offered: Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts and weekends Additional Shifts Differential: Extra $5.00/hour for any shifts worked outside scheduled hours Available Shifts: Full-Time Part-Time Per Diem Responsibilities: Assists residents in daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use, positioning in and out of bed. C.N.A. Certified Nurse’s Assistant documents personal care given according to facility policies. Provides nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measures and records temperature, weight, pulse and respiration. C.N.A. Certified Nurse’s Assistant observes and reports to supervisor changes in residents’ condition, including any skin breakdowns. Reports immediately all accidents or injuries. Records all necessary charting entries. Answers all call lights regardless of assignment. Responds to emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Qualifications: Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing. No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry. Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions. Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks. Additional Expectations: Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) weekend shifts monthly to meet requirements. Job Opportunity: RN Registered Nurse Supervisor 24 hours 3-11p Per Diem Responsibilities Include: Planning, overseeing, and executing nursing services for residents while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Supervising day-to-day nursing activities to guarantee residents receive top-quality care consistently. Collaborating with the Nursing Director to strategize nursing service operations and emergency support provisions for shifts. Qualifications: The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor must hold a current state RN license and be a Registered Nurse in good standing. Must have previous experience in a supervisory capacity. Attention to detail, good follow through skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The RN Registered Nurse Supervisor demonstrates cooperation in assisting others and ability to work as a team. Long term care experience preferred. Must be knowledgeable of general rehabilitative and restorative nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations and guidelines governing long term care. Additional Expectations: All RN Supervisor positions require weekend on-call availability to support both staff and residents. Compensation details available upon inquiry.
