Job Summary: The Care Navigator is responsible for conducting telephonic interactions, documenting service activities, and supporting administrative functions that enhance member satisfaction. Care Navigators also contribute to core operations including intake, triage, scheduling coordination, provider and member engagement, centralized documentation, and escalations.
