Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methods Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policy Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) Requirements/Qualifications: Must be a self starter, hard working and dedicated professional willing to join our team.
