Job Description: The Medical Assistant provides direct services to members and performs various office and clinical duties to keep our healthcare practice running efficiently. Manage medical supply inventory by monitoring and maintaining stock levels of medical supplies, place orders as needed and ensure proper storage and organization of inventory to support clinical operations and avoid shortages. Upon successful completion of competency skills training, assist in office-based surgical procedures (Anything historically performed in an Operating Room and/or requiring moderate sedation or higher including but not limited to LEEP, operative hysteroscopy, ablations, and D&Cs with or without suction) by preparing the procedure room, ensuing the availability of necessary equipment, providing support to healthcare providers during the surgeries, and post-surgical processes including disinfection. General Statement of Duties : The Registered Nurse Inpatient is accountable for patient care consistent with established nursing practices and hospital policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse Inpatient assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of nursing care for patients commensurate with training and licensure. The Registered Nurse Inpatient collaborates with other members of the healthcare team, receives direction from physicians and other professional personnel, and supervises and delegates to non-licensed staff. Essential Duties : Performs patient assessment and communicates pertinent patient information/data to appropriate care providers in a timely manner. Requires constant mental alertness to observe signs and symptoms of patient conditions and side effects of medications or technical procedures and responds appropriately to ensure optimal patient care. We are looking for a Full and Part time Activity Aide to Join our Team!! The Activity Aide assists the Activity Director in carrying out a planned activity program for residents. Maintains records, transports residents to and from activities. Performs varied clerical and department maintenance functions. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities • Aides assist the recreational activities leader or activities director, helping patients or participants use equipment and supplies. Activities may include arts and crafts, outdoor activities, sports, music or drama. • Prepares equipment and ensures the safety of patients or participants in the activity. • Assist in leading the participants in group activities, such as an exercise class or art project. • Proper record keeping of equipment and its use. • Assist in planning programs for residents, which can help to provide socialization, relaxation and exercise.
