Job Description Position Summary: As a Clinical Nurse III in our Non-Invasive Cardiology department at Cedars-Sinai, you will be integral in delivering exceptional nursing care to patients with a range of cardiovascular conditions. Utilizing your advanced clinical skills and knowledge, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing non-invasive cardiology procedures, including TEEs, Cardioversions and stress tests. - Conduct thorough patient assessments, including acquiring medical histories, vital signs, and interpreting diagnostic results effectively. - Prepare patient for procedure, assist Physicians during procedure and recover patients after the procedure. - Collaborate closely with cardiologists and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes. - Assist in the coordination and execution of non-invasive cardiology procedures while upholding a safe and sterile environment. - Mentor and support junior nursing staff, fostering their professional growth and development. - Engage in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and clinical trials aimed at enhancing patient care in cardiology.
