The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant/Registered Nurse will provide high-quality aesthetic treatments and services to OrangeTwist clients. They will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client care and promote a positive client experience. Location: 2722 Augustine Dr #120, Santa Clara, CA 95054 Schedule: 2-3 shifts a week, Every other weekend. Compensation: Total compensation of $63-$128 hourly, based on performance What You Will Do: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their personalized aesthetic goals and concerns Perform Good Faith Exams Educate clients on available treatment options, benefits, and potential risks, including pre and post treatment care instructions Administer injections, such as neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic treatments, with precision and expertise Stay informed on advancements in medical aesthetics including injection techniques, skincare treatments, skincare products Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs and desired outcomes Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, if needed, to ensure comprehensive client care Prioritize client safety during all procedures, following established protocols and guidelines Monitor clients for any adverse reactions and provide appropriate post-treatment care instructions Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, injection details, and post-treatment notes Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients Address client concerns and inquiries with professionalism and empathy Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Ensure compliance with safety protocols Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products Generate and maintain a client base Assist with other duties as assigned Must exhibit excellent customer service, communication & integrity with clients. Company: Prima Medical Foundation dba MarinHealth Medical Network Work Shift: 8 Hour (days) (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Job Description Summary: The Medical Assistant - Front/Back Swing, under the supervision of the Clinical Lead and Practice Leader, is responsible for assisting in the delivery of healthcare and patient care management. This role assists the providers within scope of practice to provide quality patient care. This includes gathering patient information, assessing patient requests, obtaining and monitoring patient vitals, assisting with procedures and re-processing instruments. Job Requirements, Prerequisites and Essential Functions: Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.21 - $36.41 Medical Assistant Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Direct Patient care: Rooming patients, including obtaining vital signs, obtaining reason for visit, and documenting symptoms their frequency, and severity. Provide courteous and compassionate care. Documents all required information in electronic medical record. This includes meaningful Use data, Pay for Performance data, and ACO related information. (Allscripts Experience preferred) Provide injections, immunizations and other patient care services as ordered by the medical provider. Provide assistance during medical procedures. Communication and correspondence including lab results, prescription management, and referrals: Use electronic medical records and work off “task lists” to complete patient visits or requests. Recognize urgent medical needs and triage care appropriately. Provides patients with accurate information when answering questions and concerns. Maintains patient records and protects patient confidentiality. Complete referrals accurately and appropriately. Maintain patient areas and supplies: Disinfects exam rooms between patients and all patient areas at end of the day. Assist with clinic upkeep, including daily cleaning and supply ordering/inventory. Admin Support Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Direct Patient Care: Answer telephones in a cheerful manner. Schedule appointments. Take messages for patients using electronic medical records. Greet and check in patients. Address patient requests and inquires. Resolve patient concerns. Process insurance issues (i.e., verifications and authorizations) and assist patients in understanding insurance plans. Return calls as necessary Various assigned administrative processes Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required. Licenses/Certifications: A Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program such as NHA and AMCA is required. BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required. Experience: At least one year of related medical assisting experience in a physician’s office or other clinical setting, or equivalent combination of training and experience. Re-processing/ procedural experience is highly preferred.
