Responsibilities for CNAs: Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens. Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met. Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents. Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Qualifications for CNAs: Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment. Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required. Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment. Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care. Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently. Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN): Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care. Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC). Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN): A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania . Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required. Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
