REQUIREMENTS: Education, Experience and Skills Required: Master’s degree from an accredited advanced Nurse Practitioner program At least Two (2) years’ experience working as a Nurse Practitioner preferably in addiction medicine or substance use and/or mental health treatment programs Knowledgeable about federal and state regulations governing medical/clinical treatment in substance use treatment programs Ability to demonstrate sensitivity to patients with a variety of psycho social issues License/Certification Required: NYS RN and NP (Adult and Family specialty areas) licensures. Valid DEA registration. eMedNY Provider. Valid NPI. BLS Certification. Preferred Education, License/Certification, Experience and/or Skills: National Board Certification within 12 months of hire.
