Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. Credentialing: Must meet requirements set forth by the Medical Staff Office to obtain and retain privileges to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant within UF Health Shands Hospital and/or the Shands UF Healthcare Network, as applicable. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current and clear license (or eligible to be licensed) as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA) in the State of Florida. BLS is required.
