You will perform and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the provision of direct resident care. You will perform the duties within the scope of practice that you are licensed to perform. Complete work assignments with C.N.A.'s, and communicate any changes in resident care plan or condition of resident. Maintain PHI by assuring C.N.A.'s adhere to facility policy and procedure. Regulatory Compliance: Understand, comply with and promote all rules regarding resident rights. Educate and assure C.N.A. compliance with respect to resident rights. Report all suspected, alleged, or witnessed physical, sexual, or verbal abuse immediately to the Administrator, Abuse Prevention Coordinator and/or designee. Training and Development: Attend all staff meetings and in-services as required. Attend organization-wide programs and meetings to be informed and current on organizational strategies and programs. Maintain competence with specified nursing skills by performing competency training as directed by the Director of Nursing (DON).
