What we're looking for Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in good standing with the state of Pennsylvania Active CPR and/or BLS Certification Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience Previous experience in clinic setting with hands-on patient experience, including basic procedures such as collecting vital and specimen collections for labs, and administering injections and vaccinations. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and process information in a confidential manner, in addition to adhering to HIPAA regulations and laws. Strong communication and assessment skills, with the ability to assess patients with or without a face-to face interaction. Must have the ability to work independently, with adaptability to prioritize multiple tasks at once. Collaborative attitude, with clear communication skills in order to work with an interdisciplinary team to support patient needs. Must be able to remain in a stationary upright position or move about the work area for approximately 6 to 7 hours of an 8-hour workday, in addition to being able to lift up to 20 pounds to perform core operational duties. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,575.00 - $142,576.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
