Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, flexible Staff Educator (RN or LPN) to lead our 24-hour clinical training initiatives. This role ensures our nursing staff maintains the highest standards of clinical excellence and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Orientation: Lead onboarding for new clinical hires across all shifts. Competencies: Conduct annual and ongoing clinical skills assessments. In-Servicing: Deliver mandatory training on equipment, safety, and compliance. Flexibility: Coordinate and deliver educational sessions during night and weekend shifts. Documentation: Maintain records of staff training and certifications. Qualifications License: Active, unencumbered state license as an RN or LPN.. Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience required. Instruction: Prior experience is preferred. Schedule: Ability to work flexible hours to cover 24-hour shift needs. BLS: Current Basic Life Support certification required; Instructor card preferred. Knowledge and Skills Strong clinical knowledge. Excellent public speaking skills. Proficient with electronic health records. Ability to motivate adult learners

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the implementation of care plans.
