Completes all required documentation in a timely manner including but not limited to observations, program data, staffing results, medication administration, assessments, and incident reports in accordance with established procedures. 11. Informs the appropriate individuals and/or supervisor of any client issues. 12. Ensures residences and clients remain clean and safe during all scheduled work shifts. 13. Provides for client transportation needs as needed. 14. Intervenes when clients demonstrate potential or actual harmful behavior using the least restrictive method. 15.
