Description Duties Description The Registered Nurse 1 will coordinate, direct and provide professional nursing care to residents of the Nursing Home under the direction and supervision of the Nurse Administrator. Educates patients and their families regarding disease processes, treatments, risk factor modification strategies, and prevention strategies as appropriate under the nurse’s scope of practice. 7. Provide and document medical consultation, assessment, examination, and treatment planning and review consistent with agency policy and requirements.
