Duties Description This RN2 Community will report to the Director of Quality Improvement. The RN2 will play a unique and active role in supporting the district as a nursing subject matter expert. This role is critical to the health and safety of the individuals supported in that it is a key connection and communication between district state operations and the QI department and is specifically tasked to ensure the quality improvement and standards of nursing across the district are maintained. This position will be a valuable resource for operational and regulatory information dissemination and training to nursing and residential staff, as appropriate, across the 5 counties. Duties include, but are not limited to: Complete medical charts and site reviews at residential day habilitation sites. Complete E.H.R. review of individual medical charts.
