Description The Nurse Manager (NM) is responsible for the management of nursing practice and operations on a designated unit/service setting such as inpatient, procedural, emergency department or ambulatory care. The Nurse Manager collaborates with multiple professionals to support and coordinate the provision / management of patient care. Description The Transplant Coordinator is a Registered Professional Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with specific knowledge and skills who participates in the coordination of clinical programs and services for designated patient populations within the Transplantation Institute. Responsibilities Responsible For Development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of clinical programs and services for designated patient populations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Clinical Practice 1. Coordinates the multidisciplinary screening and evaluation of patients seen in the transplant practice at MSH and approved satellites.
