This position offers the combination of part-time hours and benefits with premium per diem pay rates. RNs in these positions are part of and may be assigned to work in any of our Med Surg units. Most RNs in this pool work 12-hour shifts. You are considered full-time staff in every way. The only difference from nurses assigned to a particular unit is that you do not find out which unit you are working until you arrive at work.
