RN Supervisor – Evening Shift Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | Full-Time Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Supervisor to oversee our evening nursing operations. This leadership role is responsible for supervising nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care, and maintaining compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. INCU has critically care-trained RNs who support the patient's needs and care for ventilated patients. South 10 also has 2 negative pressure isolation rooms with an anti-room that is used when needed for specific isolation needs. We do multidisciplinary rounds Monday – Friday. This involves the patient in their care and allows the team members to collaborate with the patient to give them the best possible care and appropriate discharge to home or other facilities. Overview Kelemen 10 is a medical-surgical unit that cares for patients who have various needs and disease processes. Both North and South 10 have Telemetry capabilities for our patients. Each side houses 36 patients to a maximum of 72 patients. South 10 has a 12-bed Intermediate Care Unit embedded within the 36-bed unit. INCU has critically care-trained RNs who support the patient's needs and care for ventilated patients. South 10 also has 2 negative pressure isolation rooms with an anti-room that is used when needed for specific isolation needs. We do multidisciplinary rounds Monday – Friday. This involves the patient in their care and allows the team members to collaborate with the patient to give them the best possible care and appropriate discharge to home or other facilities. We have a pharmacist who has an office on the unit to assist the RNs when needed to help avoid delay of care to any patient. Education Requirements Graduate of NLN accredited School of Nursing. Upon successful completion of competency skills training, assist in office-based surgical procedures (Anything historically performed in an Operating Room and/or requiring moderate sedation or higher including but not limited to LEEP, operative hysteroscopy, ablations, and D&Cs with or without suction) by preparing the procedure room, ensuing the availability of necessary equipment, providing support to healthcare providers during the surgeries, and post-surgical processes including disinfection. Safely and efficiently assist patients with mobility, including transferring them between examination rooms and treatment areas.
