Additional Required Qualification for the Sexual Health Intake Specialist LPN in the Obstetrics Department: Possess or obtains within 1 year of employment documented completion of each of the following to become a Sexual Health Educator: 22 hours of formal Category 1 course work at an International Women’s Sexual Health training seminar through the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) 1500 hours of hands-on training regarding sexual therapies and women’s sexual dysfunction, including their evaluation and how to educate others on these topics. Preferred: Prior experience in Obstetrics and/or Pediatrics Physical Requirements: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. See in the normal visual range with or without correction. Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction. Ability to lift 250-300 pounds with assistance. Ability to push/pull up to 500 pounds with assistance. Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids. Requires some exposure to chemicals.
