Manages throughput on the nursing unit and make changes to assignments as needed. Reports to the nursing unit manager any problems in regards to performance, safety, staffing, behavior, etc. Assists with conflict resolution in the absence of the nursing manager in collaboration with the house supervisor. Minimum Education/Experience Required: Current licensure in the State of Ohio or if working in WV will need a WV license as a Registered Nurse. BLS required upon hire. ACLS within 1 year of employment required.
