Writes or revises policies and procedures for department. Provides in-service training regarding the MDS to Nurse Managers, RNs, LPNs, and other clinical staff (social service, recreation therapy, and dietitians). Report monthly progress to DON and supervise and oversee MDS process in doing care plan compliance Customer Service: respect, flexibility, knowledge, confidence, professionalism, pleasant attitude, patience and helpfulness. All responses should be timely, professional, caring, and respectful in accordance with Customer Service Performance expectations Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
