Our Critical Care Opportunities Include: Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU): This critical care unit is comprised of 16 beds, operating 24 hours per day. With every private room, equipped with cameras to assist our nursing with direct patient visualization, we see a variety of patients suffering from serious conditions including sepsis, renal failure and liver failure, gastrointestinal bleeds, blood disorders, cancer, respiratory distress, withdrawal, cardiac and post-operative care. Intensive Care Unit (ICU): Our Gold Beacon honored neuro-ortho ICU has a total of 24 beds, and we see it all here – from stroke to surgical to trauma. As a primary stroke unit, we offer a broad range of specialty services, including but not limited to, invasive intercranial pressure monitoring, continuous renal replacement therapy, advanced ventilation therapies, and trauma management. Who We Are Recently recognized as a level 2 trauma designation, Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center (ARRMC) has a state-of-the-art surgical department with 15 OR suites, including 2 dedicated cardiac surgery suites and hybrid operating room. With 9-10 blocks per day, ARRMC performs approximately 10,000 cases per year with a variety of specialties. These specialties include: general/vascular, neurosurgery, total joint/orthopedics, bariatric surgery, trauma, ENT, plastics, urology and cardiothoracic surgery. As a progressive surgical hospital, ARRMC performs robotic urological, gynecological and general surgery - and was one of the first in the state of Oregon to employ the use of the Mazor neurosurgical robot and to perform transcather aortic valve replacement (TAVR). ARRMC also performs Davinci Si and Xi robotic surgeries in general, urology and GYN specialties.
