Job Description At Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware, our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) nurses play an essential role in providing lifesaving care to the region’s most fragile newborns. About Our NICU Provides care for up to 32 critically ill infants, expanding to 46 beds with our upcoming $130 million campus investment in maternal-fetal health and NICU services. Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse Emergency Department role is based in Media, PA. The nurse provides direct patient care to individuals presenting with urgent and emergent conditions, including assessment, triage, implementation of nursing interventions, and ongoing evaluation of patient status. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs and critical changes, and ensuring accurate documentation in the medical record.
