Responsibilities Located on a 27-acre wooded campus, Fairmount Behavioral Health System is a peaceful, therapeutic environment for patients and families. The House Supervisor is a member of the Nursing Leadership Team and has administrative and clinical responsibility for the functioning of nursing services for the facility in the absence of or directed by the ADON/CNO. The House Supervisor also provides administrative guidance and oversight for the entire campus and departments when department managers are off site. (Generally evenings, nights and weekends). Providing leadership and role modeling for assigned staff. Supervises direct patient care, assessments and crisis management. Ensures environmental safety for the patient population. Provide training and education to staff, patients, and families. Under the supervision/guidance of CNO/ADON, conduct performance evaluation of designated staff.
