Job Purpose The Inpatient Hematology APP will provide advanced clinical care for hospitalized patients with hematologic disorders in collaboration with attending hematologists, hematology-oncology fellows, and the multidisciplinary inpatient care team. Core responsibilities include managing admissions, performing daily clinical assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating inpatient care, and discharge planning.
