Answers all call bell and places them in reach of resident/guest. 13. Fills water pitchers with fresh ice water unless contraindicated. 14. Offers snacks to all residents/guests and documents appropriately. 15. Monitors residents during smoking periods when assigned. 16. Demonstrates ability to deescalate resident through verbal strategies, redirections and crisis management and report to nurse immediately. 17. Assist with meal pass and feeding in a timely manner. 18. Follows Fall Prevention Protocol. 19. Collects lab specimens. 20. Reports condition changes/behavioral issues to nurse immediately. 21.
