Management of inpatient electrophysiology patients, including overnight EP admissions and post-procedural care. Care coordination and monitoring for same-day discharge of post-ablation patients. Evaluation and management of device-related admissions and electrophysiology consults. Management of outpatient electrophysiology patients, including hospital follow ups. Collaborate closely with electrophysiologists, cardiology teams, nursing staff, and ancillary support services to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Assist with care transitions, patient education, and coordination of follow-up care across the health system.
