Pediatrics Unit The Pediatrics unit is an 8-bed inpatient unit serving newborns through adolescents. About the Job The RN Manager, Clinical Nurse Manager – Pediatrics and Special Care Nursery (SCN) provides 24/7 leadership and operational oversight for the Pediatrics and Special Care Nursery units. As a key member of the Patient Care Services leadership team, this role supports professional nursing practice and ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, family-centered care aligned with organizational goals. This is a hands-on, transformational leadership role requiring strong clinical expertise, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to quality, safety, and staff engagement.
