Work with management and team assistants to ensure efficient use of all staff with manager/clinical support and oversight. 5) Collaborates with finance and billing to ensure accurate payor source information is in electronic medical record 6) Assists in daily reports and communication of patients' needs to after-hours shifts. 7) Enter/edit/and/or process physician orders as appropriate in electronic medical records for updates in medication, equipment, scheduling, and plan of care needs. 8) Completes weekend scheduling in collaboration with clinical manager 9) Completes urgent visits as needed 10) Serves as a role model for effective communication across the organization.
