Participate in care plan development and interdisciplinary team meetings. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Safety & Compliance Follow infection prevention and control procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Maintain a safe environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Comply with all state, federal, and facility regulations, including HIPAA. Leadership & Supervision Direct and monitor the work of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality care. Provide training, guidance, and feedback to CNAs as needed. Assist in onboarding and orientation of new nursing staff. What You Will Bring: Current, valid Illinois LPN license in good standing.
