This position is scheduled to work 24.0 hours/week and 48.0 hours/pay period and is eligible for benefits. We utilize the team nursing model which allows you to work at the top scope of your nursing license. In addition to working with your primary registered nurse and patient care partner, your patients are supported by our multidisciplinary teams consisting of social work, care coordinators, physical therapy, occupational therapy, pharmacy and palliative care.
