Accurately position patients and deliver the prescribed dose to correspond with the designated treatment plan. Assist the radiation therapy department with patient care, treatment delivery, treatment records, radiation safety, and quality assurance functions. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the treatment process. Operate and maintain radiation equipment to the highest standards. Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, dosimetry, physics, and other healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely treatment. Proficient in the use of radiation therapy equipment and software. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt and excel in a float position, providing coverage across various locations as needed including the hospital setting. Dedication to patient care and safety. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited radiation therapy technology program. Minimum 3 years’ experience actively practicing as an RTT. ARRT certification required. Must hold valid state license for radiation therapy.
