Coordinate with Human Resources and Nursing Administration for the transfer of staff, assessing their educational needs and documenting the Educational Plan. Supervises and evaluates Education staff to meet individual goals and adherence to the Medical Cetner’s policies and procedures. Works collaboratively with Nursing Administration to meet the changing clinical requirements of the profession through education. Handles the supply and equipment ordering for educational programs.
