Qualifications Current New York State RN license in good standing. Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care, or Rehabilitation setting. Prior ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, Infection Preventionist, or nursing leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of infection prevention practices and regulatory requirements. Infection prevention certification or specialized training is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to educate, motivate, and lead clinical staff. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality resident care. Two years of nursing and/or ER nursing experience preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is the following certification - CEN and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.
