Responsibilities Respond to after-hours patient and family calls. Perform on-call visits for symptom management and urgent patient needs. Complete nursing assessments and provide appropriate interventions. Coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary hospice team. Educate patients and caregivers regarding hospice services and symptom management. Complete timely and accurate electronic documentation. Participate in rotating on-call coverage according to the assigned schedule. Qualifications Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of one year of nursing experience required. Hospice, home health, oncology, ICU, emergency department, or medical-surgical experience preferred. Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and compassionate patient care abilities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance. Why Serenity Hospice?
