Must maintain all additional certifications required by area of supervision. Clinical certification in area of supervision preferred (i.e. MSCRN etc.) Must be clinically competent in area of population served. Must demonstrate knowledge and ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel. Must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate team leadership. Must have the ability to problem solve and think critically. Must possess basic computer application skills.
