Job Summary GENERAL SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through a combination of in-home patient visits, telehealth patient consults with Nurse Practitioners or Physicians as required, and administrative tasks. The CareConnect Team at WellBe supports timely response to patients’ changing needs and this role will be instrumental in delivering this care consistently and in a patient-first manner. This role primarily supports urgent/episodic interventions, working in partnership with physicians, nurse practitioners (APPs), and interdisciplinary care teams to address a range of patient needs across the care continuum. The RN will operate with a patient-first mindset, balancing strong clinical judgment with care coordination, education, and documentation responsibilities. The role has no direct reporting responsibility but will function as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary patient care team. Urgent Care RN staff in these roles will help foster positive and effective working relations with senior leadership and management, local market management and business ancillary departments for the purpose of achieving the company's vision, mission and objectives. How you make a difference The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for overseeing the total health care delivery system in their assigned nursing unit, including the collection and evaluation of health status data, nursing diagnosis, goal setting, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The Charge RN is accountable for the overall quality of patient care in their assigned unit. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
