All nurses are eligible for a $2 shift differential for overnights and a $2 shift differential for weekends (Friday evening, Saturday & Sunday). All part-time and full-time nurses accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). All part-time and full-time nurses are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan.
