What You Will Do: The Clinical Nurse is a competent practitioner who integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in the care of patients and families. What You’ll Bring Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Strong knowledge of chronic condition management and patient coaching strategies. Experience with care coordination and EMR documentation. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
