The team ensures administration of therapies, completion of clinical assessments, and coordination of supportive care services. At the end of each treatment day, patients return home or to nearby housing, where they are supported through remote monitoring, structured symptom management, and scheduled clinical follow-up. Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
