You will work in close collaboration with the Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of care, while adhering to standards of clinical practice and patient safety. Serve as a scrub person during operative/endo procedures. Anticipate the surgeon’s needs and provide appropriate instruments, sutures, and specialty items.
